Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on and independent individual to manage our Regional Malaysia account. As there is currently no dedicated personnel overseeing this function, the successful candidate will be responsible not only for day-to-day accounting tasks, but also for reviewing existing practices, identifying gaps, and establishing proper processes to ensure smooth and compliant operations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage full set of Malaysia accounts, including accounts payable and receivable Handle banking matters, payments, and cash flow management Perform monthly reconciliations and maintain accurate data entry in Deskera Books Prepare monthly management reports, including Profit & Loss statements and cash flow forecasts Support yearly audit and tax reporting requirements Review current accounting and operational processes, identify gaps, and implement improvements to streamline workflows and ensure compliance Manage payroll functions, including EPF, SOCSO, and employee tax su...
