Are you a Finance Apprentice, Accounts Apprentice, or aspiring Assistant Accountant looking for the first step into a long-term finance career? As an Assistant Accountant Apprentice within Dawsongroup TCS, you’ll join a supportive finance team in Sutton in Ashfield, gaining hands‑on experience while studying towards your AAT Level 3 qualification with West Notts College over a 19 to 22 month programme.
- Supporting month‑end activities including reconciliations, journals, and ledger updates
- Assisting with purchase ledger duties including invoice processing and payment runs
- Helping prepare cost analysis, budgeting, and forecast information
- Supporting credit control activities and monitoring finance queries by email and telephone
- Carrying out general finance administration and maintaining accurate financial records
