KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.  Financial Reporting & Control

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts for each active entity
  • Consolidate group financials across all nine jurisdictions; produce board-level packs for the MD
  • Maintain accurate books of account in compliance with local GAAP / IFRS as applicable
  • Manage intercompany reconciliation and elimination entries
  • Own the group compliance tracker and month-end close calendar
