Responsibilities
- Accounting of sales, purchases & amp expenses in Xero accounting software.
- Prepare weekly account receivables and payables report.
- Recording/Checking of expenses.
- Perform bank reconciliations and cross-check invoices submitted for payments.
- Preparing schedules for Audit and MIS report on a regular basis.
- Drive KYC process with counterparties/banks.
- General office duties regarding inventory, receiving clients and facilitating client meetings.
- Other duties as required.
Education and Experience
If fresh graduate:
- Accounting degree/diploma or equivalent.
- Ideally 1 years of experience in accounting function in any company.
- Ideally, knowledge and experience of using accounting software, ideally Xero.
- Some knowledge of audit and tax compliance.
