Customer Service Representative for a Financial Account, you will assist customers with banking and financial service inquiries, account-related concerns, transactions, and general customer support. You will help customers manage their financial needs while delivering exceptional customer service.

Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email

Assist customers with account-related concerns and transactions

Help customers with online banking, card services, and account verification

Record customer interactions in internal systems
