We are hiring Financial Customer Service Representatives to assist clients with account inquiries, billing, and transactions while providing accurate, professional support.
Responsibilities:
Respond to financial inquiries via phone, chat, or email.
Assist with payments, account updates, and billing questions.
Document all interactions in the system.
Escalate complex issues to supervisors.
Maintain productivity, quality, and client satisfaction metrics.
Schedule & Training:
Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Paid training on financial processes and systems.
Requirements:
High School or Senior High School graduate (College preferred).
Customer-focused and detail-oriented.
