Financial Controller

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead accounting and financial operations across multiple international entities. Reporting to executive leadership, this role oversees a small offshore accounting team and is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and efficient finance processes.

This is a highly autonomous position suited for a hands‑on finance leader who thrives in a lean environment and enjoys building structure, improving processes, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle accounting, including month-end and year-end close processes
• Manage and mentor a small team of offshore accounting professionals
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages and support executive decision-making
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and applicable local statutory requirements
