Role Overview

The Finance Controller will lead end-to-end financial management, compliance, and strategic financial planning for the Group, with a strong focus on real estate project finance, cashflow control, and fund management. The ideal candidate must be a professional with a hardcore real estate finance background /Hospitality /Hotels , and proven experience in managing financial operations of real estate development including townships, gated communities, villas, plotted development, high-rise, and/or luxury residential projects.
