Financial Controller

Lexdan Select is assisting a high-growth FMCG business in the food and beverage industry with their search for a Financial Controller based in Springs, Johannesburg.

Salary on is between R800k to R1m p/a.

Duties and responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day finance operations including AP, AR, purchase order authorization, bank reconciliations, and payment cycles.
• Develop and implement financial SOPs, internal controls, and governance frameworks from the ground up.
• Manage system implementation and optimization across the ERP and reporting platforms.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, cash flow forecasts, and financial reports for local and international stakeholders.
• Oversee revenue recognition, rebate calculations, and retailer-specific accounting.
