Role Overview :
We are seeking a UI Manager to lead the execution of our modernization journey, which is already defined and approved. This role will ensure the successful transition from legacy UI frameworks to a modern architecture leveraging Angular and microservices, following the established roadmap and standards. Key Responsibilities : 1. Leadership & Team Management :
- Modernization Execution
- Lead and mentor a team of 10 UI engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Define clear goals, manage performance, and support career development. 2. Technical Delivery :
