Job Description
We are recruiting Finish Dozer Operators with experience doing lease reclaims. Strong communication skills are essential for coordinating with the construction team, with a focus on adhering to project specifications and safety regulations. The role requires a good understanding of construction operations, physical stamina, and the ability to interpret site plans.
Responsibilities
- Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform daily inspections of equipment prior to operation
- Abide by all Safety standards and codes
- Follow directions that are spoken or delivered by hand signals of ground crew members
- Perform other related tasks as required
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a dozer operator
- Experience with finishing work is required
- Knowledge of lease reclsims, land clearing methods, heavy equipment operation and industry requirements
