FinOps Practitioner

As a FinOps Practitioner, you will be a key enabler focused on maximizing the value and efficiency of our cloud investment. You will be the driving force behind cloud financial excellence, proactively partnering with engineering, finance, and delivery teams while overseeing FinOps governance. A key part of your role is bridging diverse viewpoints, connecting, for example, the infrastructure-provisioning engineer with the finance stakeholder reviewing the cloud bill and the cloud architect optimizing workloads with the decision-maker setting budgets.

Your mission is not only to reduce cloud spend, but to advocate a culture of financial accountability and cost-conscious engineering across the organization. You will translate business objectives into formal FinOps driven policies within the platforms, tagging standards, and governance frameworks.
