Required qualifications


  • Subject matter expert in fire safety for utility-scale battery energy storage systems.

  • Experience reviewing UL 9540A reports at cell, module, unit, and installation levels and providing direction.

  • Experience analyzing, approving, and guiding fire safety system designs for BESS manufacturers and projects.

  • Experience reviewing and advising on project and product designs for BESS safety and code compliance with UL, NFPA, and IFC.
