I am looking for a number of First Mate/Engineers for sailing yachts between 28m- 40m.

All experience welcome. From sailors starting out in the industry to seasoned crew, but you need basic engineering skills.
Qualifications
Fluent English language proficiency.
Basic engineering skills.
Yacht Master Offshore Sailing certification.
Experience growing up sailing or learning water sports.
YM Offshore, AEC1 & AEC2 certificates.
Experience on sailing or motor yachts: previous role and number of seasons.
Experience on a Sailing Yacht before.
