The primary mandate of this role is to strengthen HR strategy, systems, and capability while developing internal talent, particularly mentoring the HR Officer to transition into a managerial role within two to three years.
The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding, ensuring alignment with business goals. A key focus will be to assess, design, and implement forward-looking HR strategies, policies, and frameworks that support organizational growth, operational efficiency, and a compliant, inclusive workplace.
This role will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance on workforce planning, employee relations, engagement, and organizational development.
