Fleet Planner

Overview

At Aspen Logistics, planning is where operational performance starts. We’re looking for a Fleet Planner who can take control of daily transport execution, not just someone who schedules loads, but someone who understands how planning decisions impact service, cost, and efficiency across the operation.

Responsibilities

• Building and adjusting daily load plans in a live operational environment
• Allocating vehicles, trailers, and drivers for optimal utilisation
• Managing delays, breakdowns, and last‑minute changes without losing control
• Coordinating subcontractors to support delivery requirements
• Ensuring POD flow, load accuracy, and billing readiness
• Maintaining visibility and control across all active loads
