Responsibilities

• Deliver Documents and Packages: Transport messages, documents, and small packages on foot to assigned locations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Follow Routes and Schedules: Adhere to daily delivery routes and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and efficiency standards.
• Provide Professional Customer Service: Interact politely with recipients, answer basic inquiries, and maintain confidentiality with sensitive materials.
• Maintain Delivery Records: Log delivery details, collect signatures when needed, and report issues or delays to the supervisor.
• Ensure Safety and Security: Follow pedestrian safety rules, secure all items during transit, and stay alert while on duty.
• Assist with Office and Miscellaneous Tasks: Support office errands or help with additional deliveries outside assigned routes when requested.
