Job Description
Seize the opportunity as a Principal Consultant for Forge Secure AI (FSAI) at iTmethods. Lead engagements while nurturing a team and refining methodologies from a hybrid setup.
In this unique founding IC role, you will oversee the first cohort of FSAI projects, develop the practice’s IP, and manage a team reporting directly to the CEO. The ability to grow into a Vice President role based on performance awaits you, alongside opportunities to stay in an IC position. You'll be tasked with hiring, mentoring, and strategically pipeline building while working alongside leading advisory partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage FSAI engagements and the FFDE Sprint process
• Codify and enhance the operational methodology
• Recruit and guide additional team members
• Establish and nurture client pipelines within Forge
• Collaborate with global advisors for co-selling initiatives
