**Job Description**
Join our team in Eldridge, Iowa as a Production Operator on the 1st shift. You will play a key role in our production and shipping operations, ensuring efficiency and safety.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate a forklift for 20% to 50% of the workday.
+ Pack chemicals and apply labels accurately.
+ Stage, wrap, and prepare products for shipment.
+ Load and unload trailers, typically loading 5-10 trucks daily.
+ Maintain proper rotation of stocked raw materials.
+ Adhere strictly to OSHA, ISO, and safety guidelines.
**Essential Skills**
+ 1+ years of forklift experience.
+ Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
+ Strong attention to detail with labeling containers.
+ Proficiency in inventory and material handling.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with RF scanners and general labor.
+ Knowledge of warehouse inventory practices.
