Clarasight is seeking a founding Revenue Operations hire to architect systems and processes for our go-to-market strategy. You will maintain and optimize Salesforce and Hubspot, develop reliable sales forecasting models, and design compensation plans.

The ideal candidate has 4-8 years of experience in RevOps or related fields, strong analytical instincts, and is comfortable leading the GTM tech stack.
