Role Overview We are looking for someone to support daily front desk operations and ensure a smooth customer service experience at our service centre. This role involves handling walk-in customers, coordinating warranty cases, managing parcels, and handling return and refund processes. What's your role Greet and assist walk-in customers, including handling warranty enquiries and service intake
Manage and process product return and refund cases in accordance with company policy, including verification, documentation, system updates, and coordination with warehouse and finance teams
Manage warranty parcel packing, shipment arrangements, and receiving parcels from couriers
Record parcel details accurately in the internal system and ensure proper tracking
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front desk and waiting area
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by Management
