Job Description

Job Purpose:

  • Plan and establish robust preventive maintenance activities to ensure the availability of assets to meet the operational target, as budgeted 
  • Implementation of condition-based, preventive, and Predictive maintenance to reduce breakdowns and improve the MTTR and MTBF.
  • Spares Management
  • Manpower management
  • Support to the Operation Team in achieving the asset life

    • Job Context & Major Challenges:

  • Asset Management of the 2400 KLD ETP/ZLD/MEE to achieve the desired asset life within the available OPEX budget. 
  • Spares management to ensure zero downtime of the assets due to the need for spares. 
  • People management: Deployment of hands within budget to ensure effective PM activities.
