Front of House Manager

This is a full-time Front of House Manager position at Brodeur's Bistro located in Langley, BC. The Front of House Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the dining room including guest service, staff management & scheduling, ordering & inventory tracking, cost controls and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in restaurant management or related field
• Experience in guest service, staff management, inventory tracking and cost controls
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Self‑motivated and able to work well in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment
• Diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• Valid Food Safe & SIR certification and a clear criminal record
