We are looking for Front office executive with 1 & above years of Experience for our esteemed client for Bangalore. and candidates need to follow up below responsibilities: Reporting to management and assisting with administrative tasks. Answering phone calls and forwarding calls to respective departments.

Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings and events. Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Handling enquiries and sorting mail.

Copying, scanning and filing documents. Keeping track of office supplies and placing orders for replacements. Requirements We highly recommend candidates who fulfill the below requirements: Bachelors/Masters degree in business administration or related field.

1+ years of front desk experience in the IT industry is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Working knowledge of computer software, such as word processors, spreadsheets and presentation tools.
