Job Description

Manage the front desk and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. Handle incoming and outgoing calls and maintain call records. Welcome visitors, maintain visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and ensure adherence to security protocols. Coordinate and manage vendor interactions, including service requests and follow-ups. Maintain front office records, registers, and documentation accurately. Handle courier, mail, and dispatch activities. Ensure the reception area is organized, professional, and well-maintained at all times. Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor arrangements. Assist with administrative and office management activities as required. Support travel desk activities, including travel bookings and coordination (preferred but optional). Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in Front Office, Reception, or Administrative roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Kannada, Hindi, and English.
