Position Summary

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage reception and front desk operations efficiently. The role involves handling visitors, calls, office coordination activities, travel support, vendor coordination, and administrative assistance while ensuring a seamless workplace experience for employees and guests.



Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients, employees, visitors, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, issue stationery to employees, and support office events, training sessions, and seminars
  • Handle visitor entries, gate passes, maintain visitor records, reception registers, and First Aid kit records
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with meeting arrangements while maintaining stock of office supplies
