- Handle daily branch operations, administration, and internal control functions.
- Manage company compliance affairs and support IT operations, ensuring continuous improvement in meeting regulatory requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service and support branch operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary/STPM/A Level/Pre-U, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology , Business Administration/Management , Finance/Accountancy/Banking , Marketing , or related fields.
- Languages: Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Skills: Computer literacy and strong customer service orientation.
- Preferably ex-bankers or executives with relevant industry experience.
