Senior Full Stack Engineer - AI-Assisted Development
At Shakers, we're partnering with a global renewable energy producer to bring in a hands-on full-stack engineer for their software team. Fully remote, long-term, and built around an AI-first engineering culture where agentic coding is part of the daily workflow.
The challenge This is a builder's role. You'll design, ship, and maintain the bespoke applications the company runs internally, owning them end-to-end across the backend and frontend. You'll work closely with a range of stakeholders to turn product needs into working software, keeping documentation up to date as you go. What sets this project apart is how the team actually works: AI-assisted engineering with tools like Claude Code is core, not a side experiment. The day-to-day involves detailed prompting with proper context, challenging architecture before writing code, and running review and QA gates before anything ships.
