About the Role

We're looking for a full-stack developer with an MBA who builds fast using agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot). You'll bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution — working directly with leadership to ship AI-powered platforms for a large enterprise undergoing rapid AI transformation.

What You'll Work On

• Iris Platform — An AI-enabled governance gateway with a multi-agent pipeline for IT planning, demand management, resource allocation, and project tracking. Taking it from prototype to production.
• AI in Action — A global employee-facing platform for tracking and categorizing AI adoption across the organization.
