Enabled by modern AI tools and agile practices, the FSPL replaces the traditional product trio with a single, AI-augmented professional who drives user-centered, high-impact SaaS product development. The purpose is to accelerate innovation and product delivery by unifying product strategy, user experience, and technology execution into one role - amplified by AI tools and interdisciplinary thinking.
