We are looking to build a cloud-based messaging and automation platform similar in functionality to **.
The software will allow businesses to send and receive SMS (and later iMessage) directly inside a web dashboard and integrate with CRMs such as GoHighLevel and HubSpot.
This is a serious long-term SaaS project, not a simple website. We are looking for experienced engineers or a small team that has previously worked on messaging platforms, telecom APIs, CRM integrations, or automation systems.

1. User account system (multi-tenant SaaS)
2. Inbox / conversation view (like WhatsApp Web or Intercom)
3. Send & receive SMS using API providers (Twilio or Telnyx)
4. Contact/lead management
5. Webhooks (receive messages and status updates)
6. Automation workflows:
* new lead follow-up
* no-reply reminders
* scheduled messages
7. Campaign/broadcast messaging
8. Analytics dashboard (delivery rate, response rate)
