Empower independence as a Full Time Direct Support Professional with LCDS in Sarnia, Ontario. Support individuals with developmental disabilities in daily life activities and foster their personal growth.
LCDS has been a leader in supporting diverse individuals for over 70 years. We are looking for passionate Direct Support Professionals for our Supported Independent Living program. Ideal candidates will assist clients with daily living activities, create skill development opportunities, and provide essential personal care, all while honoring the unique dignity of each individual.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage support for clients with disabilities
• Create opportunities for skill development and personal goals
• Provide personal care and medical assistance as needed
• Assist with daily activities and encourage community involvement
Requirements:
• Valid 'G' or 'G2' driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Clear Vulnerable Sector Police Check required...
