Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all daily operations at the Beauty Studio
• Oversee the Online Reservation system and class scheduling
• Organize and staff in-store events for client engagement
• Facilitate training and development of Beauty Advisors
• Provide timely feedback for performance improvement
Requirements:
• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
