Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, institutional and retail clients
- Identify client for fixed income needs and provide appropriate hedging and trading solutions
- Execute trades in local and foreign government securities and corporate bonds
- Monitor market movements and provide clients with timely market updates and insights
- Cross-sell other treasury or bank products when appropriate
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Contribute to the bank’s overall Sales income and client-based growth
- Work closely with the trading desk to ensure efficient pricing and execution for clients.
- Coordinates with Sales Head to distribute market updates and trade ideas to clients
- Track daily and monthly individual sales performance vs targets.
