Requirements

Graduate of Bachelor's degree in any accounting - related course.

Preferably with at least 1-2 years of related experience. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and relevant software.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

The General Accounting Assistant supports the Finance team by ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.

This role is responsible for preparing bank reconciliations, maintaining balance sheet schedules, and assisting in month-end closing activities in line with the accounting calendar.

The position also ensures proper organization and digital archiving of financial records, while providing ad hoc support and contributing to finance-related projects as needed to support efficient and compliant accounting operations.
