The Lobster Pot Pub and Restaurant in Blackness on Sea is seeking an accomplished General Manager to lead our multi-award winning venue into its next stage of success. This is an opportunity for a high-calibre hospitality leader to take ownership of a multi-award winning business with a strong reputation, loyal customer base and real potential for continued growth.

Reporting to the owners (who are very hands off), the General Manager will be responsible for leading the full pub and restaurant operation, creating outstanding guest experiences, developing a strong and motivated team, and delivering commercial performance in line with the venue’s ambitions.
