Drive community initiatives as the General Manager for the Marda Loop Communities Association. This full-time position focuses on community engagement, program delivery, and operational excellence.
As a key leader at MLCA, you will guide daily operations and collaborate closely with the Board on strategic initiatives. Your role includes overseeing program delivery and representing the association at various community events while leading staff recruitment and mentorship efforts.
