Prisma Harta Sdn. Bhd. (PHSB) is a wholly-owned company of Iskandar Regional Development Authority (IRDA). PHSB responsible in managing Rumah Iskandar Malaysia projects where it is rented out to target groups that meet the specified qualification requirements.

Overall Accountability:

To strategically plan for PHSB’s long term viability and business sustainability (main role & responsibility). Identify and develop alternative income streams for PHSB beyond rental income, while overseeing the overall administration, management, and maintenance of the company and ensuring a high standard of management and upkeep for Rumah Iskandar Malaysia.
