Job Description Lead and manage multi-site engineering operations covering production equipment maintenance, utilities, and facility engineering services. Ensure maximum uptime, reliability, and efficiency of production equipment and plant utilities. Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Monitor operational performance through KPIs, SLAs, and service level metrics. Drive operational excellence through standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices. Act as the primary operational interface with key clients. Conduct regular client review meetings and performance reporting. Ensure delivery in line with contractual obligations and service level agreements. Identify opportunities for service expansion and value-added solutions.
