A Sonic General Manager is the Captain of their own ship! As a SONIC Drive-In General Manager, you will lead your team in an on-going effort to give our guests a Great Service Experience! You will be in charge of training and supporting drive-in employees, ensuring that food and service is delivered in a clean, safe, and efficient manner to the most loyal fans in the industry!
Essential General Manager job duties are listed below:
●Manages, trains, monitors and coaches Crew/ Team members, Carhops and Skating Carhops
●Adheres to and monitors employee compliance of the drive-in employee handbook, policies and practices
●Performs restaurant opening and/or closing duties
●monitors and makes appropriate adjustments to restaurant staffing levels
●Monitors and maintains inventory levels. Places orders for food, paper and other supplies as needed
●Completes and maintains all drive-in employment related records and payroll records
