Strategy & Commercial Leadership

  • Define and execute the eCommerce / D2C growth strategy for the Philippine market
  • Own P&L, revenue growth, margin performance, and customer lifetime value
  • Identify new market opportunities, product categories, and routes to market
  • Develop pricing, promotion, and go‑to‑market strategies aligned with brand positioning


  • Channel & Platform Ownership

  • Lead performance across owned platforms (Shopify / custom sites) and marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop,
  • Oversee CRM, data, analytics, and personalization strategies
  • Optimize funnel performance: traffic, conversion, retention, and repeat purchase


  • Marketing & Customer Growth
