Job Description

The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA)-Regina is seeking an exceptional Pediatrician to be part of our dynamic and expanding department. Successful candidates will join our department on a full-time basis, providing both inpatient pediatric services and outpatient pediatric clinics in Regina as well as delivering care to First Nations children on reserve. Competitive Remuneration under the ACFP contract.

Call requirements are negotiated to ensure appropriate coverage while providing the necessary work-life balance for department members. Currently call requirements range from 2-5 overnight calls per month and 3-6 weeks on duty in the Pediatric Teaching Unit (PTU) per year. Those participating in calls are reimbursed as part of the Specialist Emergency Coverage Program and also bill fee-for-service for work completed.
