Michaels is looking for a Gérant de Service à la Clientèle in ST. JEROME, QC. Lead front-end operations, manage omnichannel processes, and deliver exceptional customer service every day.
In this leadership role, you'll manage store operations, ensuring all staff adhere to Standard Operating Procedures. Your KPIs will drive your team's performance while planning class and in-store events. You'll also handle shrink management and safety programs, cash reconciliation, and assist in onboarding while serving as Manager on Duty.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead customer experience and sales floor teams
• Manage adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Plan and execute in-store events for customers
• Oversee shrink and safety programs implementation
• Assist in onboarding and training new Team Members
