UAP seeks an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Global Compensation Advisor. Reporting to the Global Compensation Manager, you'll advise on total compensation programs and support Employee Relations Business Partners. The ideal candidate will provide strategic input aligned with ongoing transformations in business and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in the annual salary review process
• Champion job structure and HRIS maintenance
• Evaluate new positions for pay equity
• Analyze compensation survey data for competitiveness
• Recommend improvements for compensation processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in human resources or related field
• Minimum 3 years in total compensation
