Global Contracting Associate Manager

Job Description

Lead complex and multi-phase contracting projects across procurement agreements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Independently redline, draft, and negotiate legal terms, escalating only high-risk items or issues outside playbook guidance. Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers, ensuring alignment with sourcing managers and that negotiated terms are clearly documented in agreements. Mentor and coach peers and junior contracting staff, sharing best practices and building contracting capability within the team. Act as a primary contracting contact for client stakeholders, building trust and providing clear, solution-oriented advice. Contribute to updates of contracting playbooks, templates, and governance processes to improve efficiency and compliance.
