The Global Head of O&M Engineering will lead and continuously evolve Wise Energy’s global Operations & Maintenance (O&M) engineering capability across all regions, asset classes and client portfolios. This senior, strategically critical role sets global engineering standards, shapes O&M strategy, and ensures consistent, high-quality delivery through third party partners to maximise long‑term asset value. The role ensures all O&M expenditure translates into superior asset performance, reliability, and long‑term value creation. As the strategic owner of O&M relationships, the position will establish trusted partnerships, define clear expectations, and rigorously manage provider performance to deliver excellence.
