Job Description

Stiftung Weizenkorn is looking for an HR Process Excellence & Systems Specialist to enhance HR workflows and manage global HR systems. You will lead projects, improve processes, and support data analytics across the organization.

The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of HRIS experience, particularly with SAP SuccessFactors, and possess strong communication skills to engage with various stakeholders. We offer a dynamic work environment with attractive benefits.
