Global IT End-User Support Analyst (Office-Based)

CLARKSON PLC is looking for an End User Support Analyst to join their team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for IT support, assisting with incidents, and managing service requests from the End User community. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, along with a strong customer focus. Candidates should have prior IT support experience and be familiar with Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and collaboration tools. This is an office-based position with a 5-day work week and on-call duties.
