Job Description

The PROTON Young Talent (PYT) Program offers a fast-track development initiative for high-potential young graduates in Shah Alam. This one-year program combines multi-functional job attachment and structured development to enhance job competence at the entry level.

Participants will engage in project-based assignments and receive guidance from experienced leaders. Successful candidates must be fresh graduates with a minimum CGPA of 3.30 and have achieved at least 4A’s in SPM. This program also provides opportunities for international exposure and career growth.
