In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Design, develop, and implement global learning and development programs that support manufacturing operations and strategic business goals
  • Align training initiatives with objectives related to safety, quality, productivity, and performance improvement
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to assess capability needs and identify skill gaps across manufacturing teams
  • Develop targeted learning solutions that strengthen operational efficiency and employee development
  • Partner with regional and local teams to adapt global programs to local operational needs while maintaining alignment with company standards
  • Continuously evaluate learning program effectiveness and drive improvements based on feedback and performance data
